Return & Refund Policy

At Bydionnise, every piece is carefully handmade with love and attention to detail. Because many of our items are handmade and made in limited quantities, we kindly ask customers to review product details before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and handmade reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Earrings
• Custom or personalized jewelry
• Sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
